So many accounting software solutions are outsourced to faceless developers, and so many ‘customer service’ teams are actually faceless call centres with the people at the end of a phone following a script without any real knowledge about the product they’re supposed to be providing support for.

This is the exact, polar opposite of our business, our product and our company ethos. Paxton Software is built and maintained in-house by Gareth – who designed it specifically and solely for churches and charities, and there’s nothing our customer support lead – Eve – doesn’t know about how to use our products in order to provide the very best support
